Online Banking Profile Deletion

Important note: deleting your account using this form will NOT reset your password.

At HAPO we value our members' privacy. If you wish to have your Online Banking user profile deleted, please submit your request through one of the corresponding feedback links below.

A few things to consider before submitting your request:

  • Access to digital statements will not be available once your profile is deleted.
  • Access to 3rd party service history will no longer be accessible. This includes bill pay history and check copies as well as any other history or data pertaining to your online account activities.
  • Scheduled activities such as transfers or payments will be deactivated.
  • This request will not close your accounts at HAPO, it will only allow us to delete your online banking profile.
  • Once your request to delete your online banking profile is processed, if you wish to re-establish your online banking account you must contact the credit union.

If you still have access to an active Online Banking account, you may access and retain the desired information prior to submitting this request. If not, you can always call our Contact Center and obtain copies of the desired information.

Once this request is submitted you can expect a credit union team member to contact you with confirmation within 2 business days.
