The HAPO mobile app will support both business banking accounts and consumer banking accounts. For business banking members, we ask that you download the HAPO Mobile Banking App.

If you have a consumer and business banking account with HAPO, you will have two separate login credentials. 

Q: Business Members Only: What steps do I need to take to ensure I have an app to support my business banking?

Download the HAPO Mobile Banking App. Search for “HAPO Community Credit Union” in your device’s app store. Use your existing Business Online Banking credentials for the app.

Q: Business and Consumer Members: Will I need to create new logins to access the HAPO Mobile Banking App?

No. You will use your consumer login if you want to login to view your consumer accounts. You will use your business login if you want to login to view your business accounts.

Q: Business and Consumer Members: Will I need separate logins if I have a business account and a consumer account?

Yes, you will need two logins as you will have the ability to toggle between your consumer account and business account when using the HAPO Mobile Banking App.

Q: Business and Consumer Members: Once logged into mobile banking, will I see both my consumer accounts and business account?

No, you will only be able to view the account that you logged into. Example: If you’re logged into your business account, and would like to view your consumer account, you will need to sign-out of your business account and sign-in to your consumer account.
