Beginning on September 12, we will be moving to a single banking app. The existing HAPO mobile app will now support BOTH business banking accounts and consumer banking accounts. For business banking members, we ask that you delete your existing HAPO Business Banking App prior to September 12, and download the HAPO Mobile Banking App from the app store.

The consolidation to a single app for both business and consumer banking members allows us to deliver new functionality faster with a mobile-first approach. If you have a consumer and business banking account with HAPO, you will now login through a single app, with two separate logins.

Q: Business Members Only: What steps do I need to take to ensure I have an app to support my business banking?

Delete the HAPO Business Banking App, and download the HAPO Mobile Banking App by September 12. Search for “HAPO Community Credit Union” in your device’s app store. You do not need to create new credentials. You will use your existing Business Banking App credentials for the new app.

Q: Business and Consumer Members: Will I need to create new logins to access the HAPO Mobile App.

No. You will use your consumer login if you want to login to view your consumer accounts. You will use your business login, from the previous HAPO Business Banking app, if you want to login to view your business accounts.

Q: Business and Consumer Members: Will I need separate logins if I have a business account and a consumer account?

Yes, you will need two logins as you will have the ability to toggle between your consumer account and business account when using the HAPO Mobile App.

Q: Business and Consumer Members: Once logged into mobile banking, will I see both my consumer accounts and business account?

No, you will only be able to view the account that you logged into. Example: If you’re logged you’re your business account, and would like to view your consumer account, you will need to sign-out of your business account and sign-in to your consumer account. 

Q: Business and Consumer Members: Will the Business Banking App continue to work after September 12?

Yes. The Business Banking App will continue work for a period of time, however we will not be making further updates to it. It is strongly advised to download the HAPO Mobile App to ensure the most up-to-date experience while accessing your business account from your mobile device.
