You can easily set up recurring payments from another financial institution for FREE. Simply fill out the following form below.

Making a loan payment using one of our FREE electronic services is easy.  To set up an automatic payment from your HAPO account, fill out the following form.

Automated Phone Payment System

Make a payment any time of day using your account and routing number from another financial institution with our free Automated Phone Payment System! Call 509-943-5676 or toll free at 800-284-4276 and select menu option 5. Provide the HAPO account/member number, loan suffix and last 4 of the primary account holder's social security number before supplying your other bank information for payment.

HAPO Web Payment Center

Use the Payment Center to quickly and securely make your HAPO Community Credit Union loan payment using funds from another financial institution.  One time payments using your savings/checking account or debit card cost $12 OR you may set up recurring payments using your savings/checking account for free. Additionally, there is no fee when using this service to make your payment on your HAPO credit card!
